Day Thirty Four
Sunday, Today was La fete de musique! the whole city was taken over by music of all kinds. Everywhere you walked there was a band set up on the corner. I wandered around for a few hours and found some really good bands. The one i stayed at for the longest was Barnum’s Parano. I don’t know how to describe them…they had a bunch of instrumental but also rock and reggae/ska ish style music. It felt like home being amongst young people walking around listening to music. It was really great. Except for the DJ/techno tent set up right in front of our dorms…that lasted until 3 AM..

Day Thirty Three
Saturday, not much goin on this day. I woke up late, and went and took a few portraits and that’s about it. Hung out with some people later in the night.

Day Thirty Two
Friday, we went to an Equstrian school in Saumur. It’s where the french olympic team practices as well. You have to be highly skilled to be able to get into this school. We got a private tour of the place. We got to see one of the indoor arenas where a few people were practicing, we went into the stables and saw a handful of horses, and we just learned the whole history. It was really interesting. Then we went to another section of the Troglodyte tour, a different one from where i went earlier in this trip. It was pretty awesome. There were animals everywhere and we were in the middle of the country side.

Day Thirty One
thursday, just had french class and then photo class. Then i met up with my parents! it was really fun seeing them. I went back to Saumur with them and stayed the night. It was a good break from Angers

Day Thirty
Had french class this morning, i am sitting in my photo class right now. It’s a small critique if you want to, i don’t think i’m going to show anything. Not much else planned for the day. Just hanging around on the computers and having dinner tonight with friends.
